• Account information — the email address you use to sign in and any name or profile details you provide.
• Uploaded data — the booking, occupancy or CSV data you upload for analysis, along with the analyses and campaign briefs generated from it.
• Usage and analytics — basic information about how you interact with the Service, such as pages viewed and features used, collected to operate and improve the product.

We use the information we collect to:

• provide, operate and maintain the Service;
• generate the analyses and campaign briefs you request;
• authenticate you and secure your workspace;
• respond to your enquiries and provide support; and
• understand usage so we can improve the product.

Your account data and uploaded data are stored using Supabase, our database and authentication provider, within a workspace protected by row-level access controls. The Service is hosted on Vercel, which we also use for product analytics. AI analysis is performed by our model provider to generate the outputs you request.

We do not sell your personal information or your uploaded data. We do not use your uploaded data to train third-party AI models, and we contract for the same where third-party processors are involved.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. You may request deletion of your account and associated data, after which we will delete or anonymise it within a reasonable period, subject to any legal obligations to retain certain records.

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us using the details below.

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to operate the Service, and limited analytics cookies to understand usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings, though disabling essential cookies may affect how the Service works.
