You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and only with data you are authorised to upload and analyse. You must not misuse the Service, attempt to gain unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, or use it to infringe the rights of others.

The Service produces revenue-gap estimates, ranges and campaign suggestions generated by AI from the data you provide. These outputs are illustrative and informational only. They are not financial advice and are not guarantees of revenue, results or outcomes. You are responsible for any decisions you make based on them.

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sparked Labs Ltd will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.

The Service, including its software, design and content, is owned by Sparked Labs Ltd and its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the data you upload and of the outputs generated for you, subject to these Terms. We retain a limited licence to process your data solely to provide the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will take reasonable steps to notify you. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
